It will now only run in the mid-level choke position and runs at about 3/4 of normal high rpm. Perhaps I will take off the choke cover to check the spring. 25-3000 rpm. When I try blipping the throttle, I don't get any increase in engine speed, it won't rev up like it does if I don't blip the throttle, and dies anyway. Turn gas shut off valve to off position and run engine until engine stalls, having used up most of the gasoline in the carburetor. Adjust the idle stop screw on the side of the carburetor near the choke cable, turning the screw with a screwdriver until the vacuum gauge is reading about 600 rpm.
